My ongologist's office made me an appointment, faxed my medical records and Dr. Runion's office sent me new patient forms for me to complete. Went to my appointment and nurse does intake about 20 minutes and his PA comes in then gets Dr. Runion. Dr. Runion told me I had the wrong doctor and wrong appointment time. Dr. Runion lied as he looked down at the floor. He told me he could not accept me as primary care patient and used my insurance. This also was a lie. He advertises acceptance of my insurance. I would not take my goldfish to this piece of trash if I had a gold fish. Runion and I will not call him a doctor could have told the person at my oncologist's office he would not accept me when she was making my appointment.

DO NOT go to Mr Runyon. I'm not even going to classify him as a doctor. He is only in the business to make money, not care for the patients. He has let me go months with a torn rotator cuff, and has gave my husband the run around with disc problems in his back. He offers no help whatsoever. I am in the medical profession also, and I'm sure he had to take the Hippocratic Oath, but I think he may have had his hand on the New York Times, reading the stocks. If you want compassionate, quality care, GO ELSEWHERE! CVS has been removed from his fax/call list because "they bother him". Is that not HIS JOB??? You would be better off going to a veterinarian for care than Runyon.

Dr Runyon agreed to see my child on short notice and quickly diagnosed a reaction to medication as a cause of the symptoms. He was very personable and truly seemed to want to make my child feel better. He appears to be up to date with new medications .

My likelihood of recommending this office to anyone is highly unlikely. The office manager is rude and the PA was dismissive when I had questions. No follow up. There has been NO cooperation in getting my medical records. Dr. Runyon has not even been in the office when I have been there. I even requested to see or speak with him and that request was denied as well. This facility does not practice health CARE, it is a business only!

Dr. Runyon has been my doctor for several years. He takes a personal interest in his patients and also takes as much time as the patient needs during exam time. He is very knowledgeabl and very accommodating. His nurse is always helpful and pleasant. If she is not available to take a call, she will return the call in very short time. I respect Dr. Runyon's expertise, and I would not want to have any other doctor as my primary care physician.

Dr. Runyan ruined my aunt's life with an incorrect diagnosis. The staff was very uncooperative and insulting when we tried to get her records sent to another doctor. In fact, after many ignored faxes and refusals to honor her new doctor's request for records, we were only successful after having to go through an attorney to request them and then it was not done in a timely manner.
