Telehealth
He started sighing after I told him my symptoms, arrived 5 minutes late, and then prescribed me a medicine that isn’t supposed to be a first option. He also didn’t let me speak much, so I wasn’t able to mention some of my concerns.

Understanding and Kind
Ryan is a very nice Doctor. He asks all the right questions. You can tell he cares very much about the wellbeing of his patients. Listens and knows what he is talking about. I trust him completely with my care and I have seen quite a few different psychiatrists.

I transferred from a different psychiatrist and was not doing well and having side effects. I am feeling much better since seeing him and the therapist in the clinic

Dr. Silwanowicz is young and inexperienced. If it wasn’t in his med school text book it can’t happen. Apparently he doesn’t believe that psychiatric medications can do harm, so he’ll keep on medicating regardless of response. Bigger and heavier drugs. With this physician you need to be able to stay on top of the current literature about your condition because he does not. My experience with him has been incredibly disappointing.
