Although there is some chaos in the office, dr stevens asked about more than my cough. He could of offered a lot of expense testing but knows there are costs in doing testing. Seems to use pharmaceuticals and non traditional therapies. This may take time and more than one visit and other specialists. Right now i don't have cancer. He help allay my fears, for now.

Terrible experience
Honestly, the worst doctor I have ever seen, and I work in the medical field. Completely dismissed my symptoms. Literally "shrugged" at my concerns. Zero help and he spent maybe 20 seconds assessing me. The whole office experience was terrible, from reception to the male medical assistant (never have I encountered such a horrible MA).

Dr. Stevens is Excellent!!!
Myself and my mom have been seeing Dr. Stevens for over 20 years. He has helped mom with her tinnitus multiple times. Along with performing a successful surgery. Dr. Stevens has drained my branchial cleft cyst at least 15 times over the past 20 years. He has a wonderful office demeanor and has always been very accessible.

Disapointing. Don't trust his abilities or diagnostic skills. Not a person you're glad you went to see for help.

Allergies have been a problem for me for around 40 years, resulting in chronic maladies from stuffiness to pneumonia causing frequent pain, loss of sleep, loss of work, loss of productivity, reduced quality of life. Dr. Tracy Hume finally addressed it and sent me to Dr. Stevens several months ago. Dr. Stevens was kind, polite, professional, and an excellent ENT. He performed an exam of my internal nasal cavities that made an accurate evaluation possible. No doctor ever even mentioned this procedure to me. It was uncomfortable due to swelling of my nasal passages, but he was mindful of my reactions. He listened to my concerns. Then he made some suggestions in meds that have made a huge difference in my daily function. That I now sleep 7 hours rather than 5 is significant. The key is for a doctor to be intent on finding the cause of a medical problem rather than repeatedly dealing with symptoms, and then have the ability to solve it. Dr. Stevens did that for me and I'm grateful.

Posted at 9:30pm July 26th FIVE STAR MY BUT, DON’T TRUST ALL 5 STARS DONT EXPECT ANY CARE AFTER HE DOSE THE WORK ON YOU. DONT GO HERE. UNLESS YOU WANT NO HELP AFTER HE CUTS IN TO YOU. He would not help her find other pills told us to go to the hospital instead. What kind of doctor does surgery on you and then doesn't help afterwards when you call the emergency line? She had 4 things done, and all I get when I call to ask is sorry we don't help with that. DONT GO HERE. UNLESS YOU WANT NO HELP AFTER HE CUTS IN TO YOU. Had to call my wife's normal doctor just to get some help. Not a very pleasant experience. ______________________________________________ Update at 10pm They called about 30 to 45min after I posted the review, acting like I did not post this. And in the middle of the conversation, completely ignoring what I said about my wife not bearable to put any thing down even water, it sits in her throat, she told me it fells like drowning. Just gargling in the middle.

Timely office visit. Took care if ear issue immediately rather than asking me to wait in pain and come back in 4 weeks. Another Corvallis ENT had me waiting 6 weeks until tinnitus was so bad I finally changed out phsycians

After a few visits to Physical Therapy for my vertigo(which didn't help) I was referred to Dr Stevens. After an initial exam he performed a quick maneuver which got rid of my problem. They even called the next day to check on me. Impressive.

Dr Stevens was the third ENT I saw for a painful ear condition. The other two specialists missed the diagnosis causing weeks more suffering. When I saw Dr Stevens he accurately diagnosed the issue and treated it effectively. Since then I’ve seen him several times for other issues and he has always taken excellent care of me and properly treated the problem. I would highly recommend this skilled physician.

Seven years ago I went to see him because I had the right tonsil enlarged and I was having problems all the time, he told me that I was fine, I asked him about my tonsil been enlarged and he said that I was broken, I asked him, what do you mean by that? And he said" There are people with an ear bigger than the other, you have a tonsil bigger than the other" so I left his office thinking that I was fine. Five months ago another specialist found a really big tumor in my throat. He was so wrong!!
