Dr. Ryan Zehnder, MD

Dr Z helped me recover from a neck injury. He guided me through my diagnosis after an MRI, and put me on the right path to recovery. He helped me select a Physical Therapist near us who was truly a miracle worker. He truly is a caring, kind individual and took time to help me during my appointment and with followup.

I only had one visit with Dr. Zehnder at the time, but that visit uncovered otherpotential health risks that were concerning and scary for me. As I was going through a lot of anxiety, Dr. Zehnder called me after hours to review my test results and provide reassurance. He ordered additional stat tests to help with my anxiety and even when I was no longer under his care, he called me to reassure me that my results from the additional tests looked good. He purposely tried to call me before I read the results on my own to prevent interpreting them incorrectly. It was one of the most scariest days and was so thankful for Dr. Zehnder's compassion, support, & help. He really puts his patients first.I then saw Dr. Zehnder for a seperate issue at a later time and he really spends a lot of time listening to concerns, answering questions, and coming up with a plan together. Our family is very thankful and I will be recommending him to anyone who needs care!

My primary care physician referred me to Dr. Zehnder, and he said that I would love him. He was right. Dr. Zehnder is caring, attentive, very knowledgeable and thorough. During one visit, my husband who accompanied me ask Dr. Zehnder how he chose his field of medicine. Dr. Zehnder’s response was, “I wanted to help people.” That answer best characterizes Dr. Zehnder. He took his time to listen and answer all my questions. I walked out of my first appointment knowing that I was in very good hands.

Dr. Zehnder and his team have been treating me for over 2 years now for a serious neck injury. I am very blessed to have Dr. Zehnder treating me. Dr. Zehnder has a way of explaining everything that is going on. Dr. Zehnder and his team make my family and I feel very informed and at ease at every step. My injury will more likely than not require a lifetime of treatment, it will be done with Dr. Zehnder and his team. I belong to a incredible team. I have never been so appalled and disappointed in an orthopaedic practice. I have worked in Sports Medicine for 15 years now. I worked with an orthopaedic practice for 7 years. And I have never seen such a neglect for a patient. I am sure Dr. Zehnder is a good physician but his staff need to learn better management of the patient.

Patient, excellent listener and problem solver. Very thorough in diagnosis, planning, and has a great manner. Would absolutely recommend him to any athletes with needs for help with a recurring or inhibiting injury

Dr. Zehner is kind, patient, knowledgeable and a great listener, a rare combination in a physician. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Dr Zehnder has a calm, clear way of questioning, examining, explaining. His recommendations are conservative, realistic, and well thought out in regards to understanding my level of activity and active lifestyle. His assistant Chris is friendly, asks pertinent questions, and keeps me informed. His schedule can be busy - because he is good! But he is worth waiting for to get an appointment. Then again, my experiences with the clinic have all been good.

Have worked with Dr. Zehnder for 3 years due to neck/back injury from car accident. Now he is helping with issues with hip. I never feel rushed during my appointments and always feel that diagnosis and treatment plans are well-explained.
