He no longer listens to concerns. I was there for a diabetic med check and he does not even check my feet anymore.

Dr. Bautista is efficient. He listens to my concerns, checks what needs to be checked, and is able to get me in and out. It is the way I like it since I can get my healthcare needs and continue on my day.

Dr Bautista is very caring, listens to my health concerns and thoroughly explains all of my test results. I'm very grateful to have him as my doctor.

He is the worst Doctor I’ve seen, hands down. It’s very clear he is just in it for the paycheck, very uncaring and only wishes to finish paperwork and move on to the next patient. Extremely rude and won’t make an effort to listen to any questions or concerns you may have with your personal health.

I think its great that Dr. Bautista called me after 6 with my results! I was shocked at how late it was, just thought he'd call me the next day, since it was after 5

This appt was needed due to a need for an H&P due to an upcoming emergent surgery. Dr. Bautista made sure it all got completed. Showed care and compassionate. He knows me and my health history and always the same level of help and excellence.

Dr. Bautista was rude, dismissive, and wouldn’t listen. He prescribed me medications for symptoms I didn’t have and refused to listen when I asked why. Furthermore, when I asked the staff if he was always like this, they told me yes and apologized.

Awful! I have been a patient for 10yrs. He is incapable of treating the simplest things. We just talk in circles. He is not able to communicate or gain a basic understanding of my medical issues. Today, he hung up on me as I was trying to relay my medical concerns. It has been a very horrible and frustrating experience. Zero Stars

I am neurodivergent and have emotional disabilities as well as medical trauma that make going to primary care or other doctors a very stressful and intense experience. After having a particularly challenging week, I decided that my first appointment was going to be too much for me, so I decided to cancel. I was told on the phone that Dr. Bautista will not see any patients that cancel their first appointment as a policy of his practice. I would not recommend seeing this physician if you're someone with trauma because not only is this policy ignorant to trauma informed care, it is ableist and unconsciously (or consciously) discriminatory. If you are neurodivergent or have medical trauma, you may want to look elsewhere.

Very condescending. He did not want to know my medical history. He would not refer me to a specialist when my symptoms didn't go away and prescribed drugs that were dangerous for my condition. Steer clear! He is dangerous.
