Terrible rude office staff and doctor
I have been to many doctors, up until now I have never had a complaint about a doctors office or a doctor. I had a simple check up. When dealing with Dr. Syed’s office I've never met such a rude and arrogant staff. From the time I walked in until the time I left they were rude and quite frankly nasty. It seems that they believe treating patients in a confrontational and combative format is the way to run an office. When I brought up my concerns to Dr, Syed, he was rude, inconsiderate, and seemed to lack any empathy. The appointment was terrible. I lay blame on two people, the office manager Pam and Dr Syed. I will never consider going to Optum Plainview Primary Care again and I would never recommend them.

EXCELLENT DOCTOR AS WELL AS STAFF!!!
I've be in healthcare for over 40 years and have never met such a great staff and amazing doctor! Dr Syed is very friendly and extremely thorough.... I haven't had a primary care in a while as most seemed not interested but Dr Syed actually takes an interest in your health.. Thank you Dr Syed!!!
