Dr. Sabrina Mia, MD

I have been going to Dr Mia for years. She is a wonderful doctor. Takes time.to speak woth to explain to you and is very understanding and caring

I went to her because she has a fairly high review on healthgrade. I didn’t read the low ratings and I should’ve taken them into account. Sitting with her made my morning terrible. She didn’t seem to care what I had to say and even when I showed signs of being very emotional, she conducted a talk to recording notes. About issues she had yet to discuss with me, I found that very alarming. It was like you weren’t a person and just a body, who had been showing signs and diagnosed in front of others without having a caring/comforting conversations. Worst experience and I’ve Pap smears.

I am 82 years “old” and have been a patient of Dr. Mia’s for approximately 6 years. She is so thorough and knowledgeable, a great diagnostician. Although she has a very busy practice and a family, she always has time for me. I truly believe she cares about her patients.

Since relocating to Florida seven years ago, like everyone else new to an area, it became a challenge finding just the right primary care physician. I have been very fortunate to be in the care of Dr. Mia. She is a very knowledgeable and compassionate physician who does not rush through any examinations. Dr. Mia takes her time with you, listens carefully and provides medical care in a manner that makes you feel very confident and comfortable. Additionally, her medical assistant and office staff are top notch and very professional as well.

She refers...doesn’t treat

Dr Mia is a great doctor! I have been to a few primary doctors in my life she is the best. She is very smart, thorough and has a great bedside manor. I have been going to her for a few years and would never change it.

The phone rings when it's finally answered the Office staff was never happy and didn't seem to know what was going on, I never got a call backs. I wonder how many times in the 18mos Dr. Mia ever saw my mom since she never communicated with me. When I organized a set appointment for the last time. I was told she never showed up at the facility. Then when asked to complete a form for me, the response was my mom was no longer the Drs. patient. Don't ever hire this Dr. to see your elderly loved one

I found Dr. Mia friendly, a great listener and very knowledgeable. It is great when you can actually enjoy a doctor's visit without being rushed and talked down to..

Terrible bedside manner. She always seemed tired and unhappy. I’m sure her day is long and deals with lots of patients, but we dealt with many other docs who we very compassionate and kind. Not her. I felt my mom was treated as a thing and not a human being. If patient is older go to someone else who has compassion for elderly and not want to just push them out the door. Office staff acted annoyed when I had to call up an hour after my mom died to get a death cert, just awful.

Dr. Mia has been my doctor in South Florida for a few years now. I have recommended my friends and family to her practice. She is thorough, kind and courteous. Spends time with the patient's to educate and counsel. Follows her patients in the hospital which is very helpful with continuity of care. Excellent experience! The nursing staff tried their best to accommodate me for evaluation on an emergency basis when needed . Despite being very busy, they were courteous and helpful.

Such a great doctor that I want to make sure that I can stay with this primary doctor for years to come. Extremely thorough and applies preventive medicine. Staff is extremely courteous. Highly recommended

I love Dr. Mia, after 10 years in Soflo I finally found a great GP, who takes her time and is so profoundly knowledgeable.

Dr. Sabrina and her staff are amazing! All the girls in the office are very sweet. Dr. Sabrina is very good at explaining complicated medical terms in a way that anyone can understand. I highly recommend her to anyone. In fact, my mom even switched her primary physician to Dr Sabrina after I raved about my experience with her.

Dr. Mia takes care of me like I am her family. She took her time and asks questions. Front desk are very nice and friendly.

I have seen many doctors here in south Florida, but I have to say that my experience with Dr. Mia was the best! She takes her time, is thorough. She and her office staff are courteous and go above and beyond to coordinate care. She provides continuity of care and communicates with my other doctors and my children who live up north. Dr. Mia took care of me in the hospital and coordinated my emergency surgery. I have recommended Dr. Mia to family members and neighbors.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would without a doubt. This woman neglected her duties as a doctor more than once. She neglected to convey the severity of declining blood counts, dismissing them, only to say that they "dipped a bit, and we'll check in a couple of months". Too late, doc...your patient already died. Also, not alerting the patient's other doctors - a primary doctor's responsibility to do such. Sadly, I heard many grunts when I told others that I was talking about Dr S. Mia.
