He’s been very thorough and patient on every one of my visits. Always answers any questions and I’ve never felt rushed. I’ve been seeing him for over 5 years now.

Doctor is good. Office staff is terrible. Incorrect billing. Terrible on referrals in network and sending proper orders. Office ignores your concerns

Dr C is my family of 4 doctor and we always get great care and support as needed. I need to get in for some blood work soon and it’s always quick and easy to get in.

Office staff is awful. We had an appointment for physicals booked a year ago. We arrived on time. Neither desk attendant acknowledged us for over 5min. We signed in finally and took our seat. We waited 45min before being informed by Myra that the doctor that we were scheduled to see was not at that location today and they were fully booked at this location. I asked to speak to the office manager and was told she was not there today. When I called the extension to leave a message her mailbox was full….. Myra was on either her personal phone or the desk phone the entire time we were there talking casually with someone. This office is very unprofessional and we will no longer be patients here

Dr. Chandrasenan is an excellent doctor for senior citizens not only for his knowledge of medicine but for his willingness to really listen to his patients and allow enough time for us to ask questions. He is rarely inaccessible as his practice allows for same day office visits or if needed teleconferencing ZM type visits can be requested.

Amazing Doctor and Staff. His staff is super friendly and helpful. Dr. C is polite, listens to your concerns and gives you straight answers. Nicest doctor I have ever had. A true gem.

Dr. Chandrasenan is a fantastic doctor! He is very smart and very thorough. He is probably one of the best doctors I've had in my 63 years of living.

His staff from the front desk to the nurse's Everyone that works the the whole staff are so warm and kind and so sweet even Dr.C relief doctor was amazing .My experience has always been Awesome ??If you need a Wonderful Caring Dr .look no further Dr . Wow!!! Am very impressed!! As a health care provider I am hard to please. Cannot say enough about Dr. C & his staff. Diana & Mayra made making the appointment and registering a breeze. Kim the Medical Assistant was compassionate and caring. Dr. C listened to my concerns. He took a through history and allowed time for me to ask questions. He also assured a speedy referral to a specialist. I am granted for the entire teams dedication to excellence in patient care!!!

Dr Chandersenen works closely with my other specializing doctors and listens to my concerns. He makes sure that I understand what is going on with my care, not only answering questions concerning the care he is directly in charge of but my overall medical care. His office staff is always professional and courteous. They communicate back with you in a prompt manner rather you have made an inquiry using their portal or have called in with a concern.
