Dr. Sachin Kapur, MD

This doctor and his staff are absolutely rude and unprofessional. First they allowed me to make an in person appointment and then after that they contact me telling me that because of Covid they are only seeing patients via Teledoc/Zoom. When I told them that I don't understand how a movement specialist could possibly give any patient a proper examination via Teledoc/Zoom, the lady I spoke to immediately became rude and could not answer the question I posed her, which was how come all types of doctors in different field, INCLUDING HIS, were still seeing patients in person. Based on the conversation we had, it was very clear to me that this doctor and his staff do not care about patients or their ailments. All they care about is collecting money while being on a computer. It is disgusting how I was treated and the lack of empathy this woman showed was egregious. This doctor and his practice are simply using the "Covid excuse."

I had a very bad experience with Dr. Kapur. I had a bad reaction to a medicine he prescribed me, which of course is not his fault entirely, but it did turn out to be a rather poor choice. However, it took over a month to get back to me, and he had neglected to tell me at the appointment that he would be out of office for so long. Additionally, his explanation for my complex medical case didn't make much sense to me or to my dad. I have lost my trust in this doctor, and will not return there.

Very professional, on time. Have never had more than a 5 minute wait. Does not seemed rush, takes whatever time you need.

I have seen Dr. Kapur several times over the course of a year. He is kind and compassionate. He takes the time to listen closely to what the patient is saying. He explains things at a level that makes it easy for a patient to understand. I am very blessed to have Dr. Kapur as my neurologist. I am very satisfied with Dr. Kapur's excellent patient care and bedside manner.
