I started seeing Dr. Shah in June of 2018. At the time, I had severe back pain because of arthritis and bulging disks. Through Dr. Shah's help, I'm now on a non-narcotic treatment. I am now pain free. Dr. Shah is a good listener and very compassionate. I have one caveat. Dr. Shah's practice (Metro Pain and Vein) also concentrates on vascular issues. I was subjected to an unwanted ultrasound. If you don't want to be treated for vascular problems, stand up for yourself and refuse the extra testing. - Lisa in Ringwood, NJ

Dr. Shah listens to his patient’s. He takes everything into account before making his decisions on how to treat. He took in to consideration the Steroid Injections I had in the past and the pain I was currently in and know what had to be done. Dr. Shah is good at what he does he greets is patient’s both in the office and at the bed side with kindness and a smile on his face and a soothing tone in his voice. I would recommend his service to anyone.

I have been suffering from neck pain and headaches for several years, and I have been seen by numerous doctors, even though I may not have achieved significant relief from those other doctors, they were professional and caring. My experience with with Dr. Shah, was a nightmare from the beginning, the office staff is not welcoming, and worst the Dr. Shah came off as condescending and arrogant. I will not be returning to this practice.

I had required to speak to a pain management specialist after getting a neck operation to fuse 3 vertebrates together and partial removal of one of them. Was warned about post-op pains that mysteriously appears. He was right. De. Shah was the only physician that considered giving me an injection, twice now to provide me pain relief, even though we we're not able to clearly defined the cause, but he went on a limb to provide me some relief to address the pain. Great guy. Excellent staff.

I was having issues with nerve pain going down my leg from a pinched nerve and saw a couple other doctors and everyone seemed baffled. Dr. Shah actually too the time to help me and figured out what the issue was. A quick injection at a same day surgery place has left me virtually pain free ever since. Highly recommended Dr.
