The wait to get in is fairly reasonable. I am not the easiest patient, but I have a pretty strong medical background including being a provider at a VA hospital ER. Since Covid-19 became a major issue it has been increasingly difficult to get in to see Dr. Jeelani. When I do she provides solid care. I currently drive over 2 hours to see her.

I was referred to Dr Jeelani due to the discovery of a thyroid nodule. The first visit I was understandably nervous not knowing what to expect. She was very kind and explained the scan and biopsy procedure I needed. It went great! All of the staff were professional & attentive. The office was clean, chairs spaced for social distancing and all wearing masks. Thank you Dr Jeelani

I felt Dr. Jeelani was condescending and flippant. Months later, when I attempted to switch to another doctor within the practice, she refused to release me. She basically said, through an employee, I couldn't shop around just to get the answers I want. My reason for switching was because a friend recently became a patient of Dr. Digman in that practice, and her experience was totally different from my own. She said Dr. Digman showed genuine concern and respect. I wanted that kind of interaction.

Dr. Pretty good - Office staff terrible. Trade off - if you can deal with the nose ring staff that clearly wants to be anywhere else but there, go for it. The doctor is pretty thorough but the staff, from the agony of trying to make the appointment (we can’t find your referral. Sorry, click) to literally every interaction with every member of the staff was terrible. These people clearly hate their jobs. This is sad, as this fixable and clearly nobody wants to address it.

Dr Jeelani is a great, caring physician. However, the flippancy and palatable indifference of the customer facing office staff may not be worth the frustration.
