Heartbreaking results
As a former cancer patient, I've endured many painful procedures, but this one was the worst. Dr. Ilyas provided minimal communication and failed to numb my leg before inserting a catheter, causing intense pain. Despite my distress, she continued and eventually had to switch to my thigh, where the procedure was completed. The treatment was intended to alleviate the edema in my leg but my condition has gotten significantly worse, spreading to my upper thigh and foot, and there's been no improvement after a year. She didn’t even show up to the follow up appointment the following week. This experience has left me and my family in disbelief and disheartened by the lack of professionalism and respect from the office. I'm sharing this to caution others about this provider.
