Dr. Osman was delightful - patient, thorough, and kind. It was easy to talk to her and I felt like she took the time to really get a sense of my concerns. The front office staff was competent and collegial and the NP who did my intake was a sweetheart.

Bad/terrible experience here with my primary physician as Doctor Safa M. Osman. I recommend to everybody else in the area to go to another medical practice. We are so fortunate to be able to choose from so many amazing doctors in the McLean/Northern Virginia area. My experience with Doctor Safa M. Osman made me realize that you should find a doctor that truly cares about you. Doctors are supposed to help take care of you, and that is not what I experienced here with Doctor Safa M. Osman. Doctors are supposed to take care of you, and that was not the case with Doctor Safa M. Osman. After my horrible doctors appointment, which I was charged $30 for nothing, I sat in my car and found another primary care physician at Inova Health across the street and it only took 20 minutes.

She is a great listener, great bed side manner and takes time with her patients, she took care of me for the last 7-8 years. I recommend her to all friends. Will miss her.

It's really a shame because Dr. Osman is a great doctor, and her nurse is also terrific. The problem is we have to deal with her staff who stand in the way of helping us get prescriptions, or even asking the doctor for an additional question, getting appointments, etc. I will also say I have left messages on the nurse voice mail and no one has EVER gotten back to me. They are rude, and speak down to you like you are a child. I plan to find a new doctor because Dr. Osman should really have some i

Been a patient with Dr. Osman from the beginning of her being at this location in Ranson, WV. Never have had any issues which are unpleasant. I am thankful for Dr. Osman as I have a number of health concerns such as thyroid, potassium and high blood pressure including diabetic borderline. My Doctor insures constant observation that all are maintained. Also she listens to my concerns and if needed she sees that I get required test/exams to be provided great care. I am thankful for my Dr & staff.
