Excellent doctor
Had a wonderful visit with Dr Parikh. He was very patient with me and spent more time with me explaining what was wrong with my shoulder than most docs I’ve seen.

Dr. Parihk performed several injections which were extremely painful and did not improve the chronic pain from previously diagnosed failed back syndrome. He refused to prescribe any pain medicine even though they were included on my chart and my physical therapist indicated they were needed. I feel those months of treatment were wasted and delayed improving my condition. He is personable but doesn't seem focused on providing any full pain management treatment plan.

I had a great appointment! Dr. Parikh is knowledgeable, empathetic, and respectful. He listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and helped me understand why I'm in pain and how my mental state impacts my pain. He is definitely current in his field and integrative medicine and aims to solve the problem at its core. Many people discount the connection between the brain and body and rather pop pills. As another reviewer stated, "Many times what is best for us is hard." I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Sagar Parikh for your journey to be pain-free.

i read the reviews before seeing dr. Parikh. I like that he's board certified in two critical pain and muscle fields. Anyways, he was on point with the diagnosis, honest with my treatment plan for a sports injury and luckily the plan and procedure worked!! I'm soo relieved and PAIN FREE! I 100% recommend Dr. Parikh to my friends and family.

Honestly, contrary to the negative reviews, Dr. Parikh is knowledgeable, empathetic and is a respectful. It's rare to find docs these days that want to figure out WHY you're in pain. I had a great appointment! Even learned new stuff and how I can help myself. Fixing the problem at the core! I sense that Dr. Parikh definitely keeps up with his field and integrative medicine. Some people in our society are way too dependent on easy fixes and pill popping. Many times what is best for us is hard.

Seems to underinterpret the awful pain that you are feeling. Talking to a shrink only helps with anxiety and depression. It does not alleviate crippling chronic pain, lack of mobility, brain fog and terrible insomnia that are related. Gives impression of having lack of experience and empathy.

After six years of knee pain and lack of mobility, I am now able to live my life again. Dr.Parikh's procedure made me mobile again. He is very easy to speak with, and always available should you have any questions or concerns. His Secretary Angela is always on top of your appointments. The procedure is iquick and painless. You are walking pain free the moment the procedure is completed. The OR Nurses are very pleasant and comforting. I recommend Dr.Parikh to any one suffering from knee pain.

Dr. Sagar Parikh has kept me working and out of the hospital. Sometimes I've waited over 15 minutes for him, but that's because he's addressing the previous pain patient. I feel he always listens to me, explains things thoroughly, addresses my concerns and issues, AND he called up my ins. company for approval. Dr. Parikh cares. If you want to get off your pain meds and live a healthier life, he's your wellness doc! P.S. tough love included :) He's at JFK Medical now.

So I have waited 1 month to write this review. From the moment I met Docter Parikh I felt I made the right decision ,he came out to the waiting room and introduced himself and said he will see me shortly (what other Docter has done that??) He explained the procedure and what will be done throughly .I must say the next day I was back to my normal self 20 rounds of GOLF since procedure .His staff and other doctors were great, made me feel they really cared about me and my condition .The BEST!!!!

Excellent Treatment. Dr. Sagar Parikh has kept me working and out of the hospital. I always feel he is thorough, takes a lot more time with you than other doctors for sure. Dr. Parikh also takes his time to explain and answer questions. He's the best pain doctor I've been to thus far. If you want to get off your pain meds and live a fuller life, he's ur doc! Sometimes I've waited over 15 minutes for him, but that's because he's addressing the previous pain patient but still gives me enough time
