Nurse from UMass. Called multiple times through out the day Friday 2/12/21 to help new mother get a followup appointment for newborn post discharge. Unable to get someone on the phone. Busy most of the time or just music playing with no one to talk to. On hold for 25 minutes at one point. Totally inappropriate for pediatrician office.

Dr.Passey is a excellent Dr. he has taken care of all my children and I think he is the best one anyone could find. He is friendly and takes the time with you and don’t rush you out . Office staff is always great too. He is highly recommended

My sons have been patients of Dr Passey all of their lives. They are grown now but Dr. Passey has always provided excellent, prompt care. I am so happy we found him all those years ago. I highly recommend!!!!
