My regular rheumalogist is currently unavailable and needed a follow-up to assess meds. Was told I have no ojective symptoms of RA and that my PCP could manage chronic pain rather than a rheumatologist. I've been receiving RA treatment for 18 years. And her last comment implied I was wasting her time. Will not seek care from her again.

I felt as though my insights were overlooked. She acted like Medical knowledge of a condition was more important than actual experience living with a chronic illness. It was an extremely unpleasant experience and I hope to never encounter this kind of treatment again. If you want someone who actually cares, look elsewhere.
