Dr. Saiward Glenn, MD

She is technically excellent with an excellent bedside manner. You just don't find those qualities very easily.

Dr. Glenn is the absolute best family physician and pediatric doctor whom my family members and I have received care from for over 10 years, as well as many others I know. She is the best of the best because she takes the time to get to know her patients in order to provide the most effective and efficient care and treatment needed, with consistent communication. Follow-up and resolution. She truly and sincerely listens, is real and understands from both professional and personal perspectives; she is a safe place for many, which is what we as patients hope from a primary care physician and pediatrician. Her heart and concern are for the care of her patients, and it is sincerely evident. She is a true exceptional example of a Family Physician. I honestly cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Saiward Glenn and how much she is appreciated. The healthcare world would benefit so much if more Providers were like her.

I will have to say she is one amazing doctor. She takes the time and care while you are in the office. You’re her only patient. She is absolutely the best doctor I could ask for and cares about me and my needs.

Dr. Glenn diagnosed me with ADHD, even though that was not why I had an appointment. Getting diagnosed with ADHD has allowed me to reduce my anxiety and depression medications. For years I’ve never understood why I couldn’t function normally and it just gave me so much anxiety. Having a diagnosis has really changed the course of my life. She also helped me find a fantastic psychiatrist!

I have been a patient of Dr Glenn's since 2015 when we relocated to the Boiling Springs area. From my new patient visit to my post surgical visit this week Dr Glenn has always been there with me to help. She is straight forward and honest about your conditions and the treatment. She doesn't look down on you or talk in Dr lingo that you might not understand. And that's just the beginning of all the other positive qualities she possesses.

Dr Glenn is just the best. She listens carefully, and explains things well. I never feel like she is rushing me along. I am so thankful for her and the awesome level of care she provides.

Since my old country Drs office closed. I started seeing Dr Glenn. Even after I moved to Gaffney I still stayed with my Dr. She understands my desires of a homeopathic life. She is amazing. She has seen me as a human, not a dollar sign. She listens, and truly cares.

Just wonderful both as a Dr and a person. Very understanding and kind. Takes the time to understand everything and treat correctly. If she doesn't specialize in your issue she will hunt for the exact person to help you. She's the best!

Dr. Glenn is responsible for getting me on the way to recovery from COVID this week. She sent my medicine to the pharmacy immediately. She explained my treatment options and gave me all the information about the medicines so I could choose my treatment. Dr. Glenn is honest, smart , and compassionate. When Dr. Glenn is with me I never feel I am being rushed. She spends plenty of time explaining treatments and vaccine options for me. Dr. Glenn is my husband's doctor as well. We trust her 100%.

Always listens , understands your concerns not pushy

Dr. Glenn is amazing! Dr. Glenn and her team make me feel like I am their only patient, even though I know she sees more patients than most doctors see on a daily basis. The entire office is run with the utmost efficiency, and every provider there is top notch. Does that mean you won’t have to wait a bit from time to time? No - because they do take the time to make sure every patient gets the very best service possible - but I can assure you it is well worth any wait you might incur. Boiling Springs is very fortunate to have this group in our area! I highly recommend Dr Glenn, and every provider on their staff, to any family who needs a medical home. Three generations of my family are very happy there!

Dr. Glenn is the only doctor I have EVER had who listens to my concerns and will order tests or refer to specialists, even if it ends up "just being for peace of mind." Her bedside manner is friendly and personable, and genuinely so. My entire family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children) sees her as our primary care physician, and we continue to see her even after moving 40 minutes away from her office.

I have been seeing Dr. Glenn for several years now. She’s incredibly kind, empathetic, a really good listener, and makes you really feel cared for. She’s been helpful every time I’ve come to her was an issue and helped me figure out some health problems I wasn’t even aware of.

This office is the best, everyone is exceptionally nice. The Front staff is always warm and welcoming. Dr. Glenn is the best doctor I've ever had. I will recommend her anytime. In addition to that I think the office overall is a fun-loving group, and has a real family atmosphere.

Dr. Glenn is not only my doctor, but my friend. She explains everything in a way that I can understand and is great with my daughter also. My daughter comes up with any and every reason to go see Dr. Glenn. We LOVE her!
