CANNOT REACH OFFICE - AVOID
My mother is Dr. Rizk’s patient. She had severe emphysema and COPD. She has covid and we were told by the ER to call her pulmonologist as the ER was unable to reach his office. Either were we. I have called 20x over 2 days. I’ve waited on hold between 11-30 mins each time. And then the phone hangs up. They have no emergency line. My mother said this has always been a problem, but this is completely unacceptable.

*Dr. Rizk listened very carefully to my concerns. He made very simple suggestions to treat acid reflux which he thinks is the root of my chronic cough i.e., get a wedge pillow stop taking famotidine... start taking a PAI etc. I have already recommended him to a friend seeking a pulmonologist.

Dr Rizk is one of the most competent personable physicians I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He is my husband s pulmonologist for a diagnosis of copd. Dr Rizk has managed my husbands illness so that he is doing very very well. Drs bedside manner is one of the best I have ever seen. One of the nicest and down to earth doctors, and I worked in the medical field for 35 years.
