I saw Dr Ali yesterday for the first time. She was prompt, pleasant, attentive, listened to me, answered all my questions, dealt with my issues effectively, gave clear and practical instructions and advice, and made an appropriate referral. Near the end of the visit, she even asked me "Is there anything else?" That let me know she is interested in me and my concerns and not trying to end the encounter as soon as possible. I appreciate that.
