The waiting part and the discharge part needs improvement. Waiting to see the doctor is understandable but waiting to be discharge not good.

My primary doctor
Dr Mora is one of the few great doctors left. He listens to anything you have to say even if it's minor but he knows that's important to the patient. He also makes sure to give you advise to make your life better. I took my daddy to him in his last hears if his life and he was so patient with him and treated him with such respect, even though my dad had dementia and he was not easy to deal with. I highly recommend Dr. Mora for anyone that is looking for a great doctor.

Great doctor
Office staff not so great! Memorial System not do great. If you don’t mind being stressed out with not being able to call directly to the office or not getting referrals on time or someone getting back to you on my chart. Then you have the right place!! I’m sorry that Doctor Mora works with the memorial system he is a compassionate doctor and listens to what you have to say. But the his is not the place you want to go unless you want to be stressed out!

The best possible care great advice
Every visit whether virtual or in person is organized. Dr Mora cares about his patients. He is tech savy and through the app he can be contacted directly. I had a serious issue in March that was resolved virtually and my May visit was flawless. Dr is timely with medications and referrals.
