I sat in the waiting room over an hour then they were supposed to send a referral over to an ent but never did

Dr. Recio is good but his billing department is very incompetent. Unless you want to be overcharged and deal with overdue bills I would recommend you chose a different doctor.

Don't even bother to use the patient portal... it is worthless as no one checks it so if you leave a message on that, it will not get returned. They are very bad about follow-up.

Dr.Recio is an amazing Dr now talking about his office staff is the worst I'm changing Doctors because of them.This personnel is rude they have no professional customer service experience and that's one of many reasons.Sorry Dr.Recio but u need better employee's..

very good doctor, but can not get apt in time if you are sick.Apt takes at least a week. I use him for well care test and medication ,if I am sick I just go to urgent care.

Mike & I Love you like Family. We've been with you since you began practicing in the Humble Office. Followed you to Kingwood for the last 20+, and now out in the Atascocita office. However, we feel you've reached a patient level that makes us feel shoved to the back. Your staff- we've known (the few that are left) for many years as well, but sometimes it's quite difficult to see them being serious about their work, and noncommunicable. know one ever returns calls, nor fill refills. Maybe new PCP

Dr. Recio is a great doctor. I have been going to him for around 15 years, and am very satisfied with his knowledge and willingness to listen. However his office and nursing staff are the worst. Front office staff are less than friendly and never seem to have time to listen. Had an X-Ray taken a few months ago, and Dr. Recio told me to call his nurse to hear what the results were. Called multiple times over a two week period, but never got a call back. Good thing it was nothing serious.

I love Dr Recio I recommended him to everyone I know never had a problem with the staff I love his nurse so sweet

Dr. Recio is a great doctor, but his office staff is THE WORST. If you do not want to be treated like garbage by some young girl who couldn't care less about you EVERY time you make an appointment, save your money and time and go elsewhere

I've been to more than 15 doctors with my medical issues. I've never seen an office so unprofessional. Nurses kids running around, nurses using phones for personal conversation holding the phones up at the front desk. Very rude and unprofessional. Doctor Recio himself is an ok doctor. He listens but does very little about why you are there. If you want a pcp that will do something, and have a professional office I would suggest going else where.
