Met Dr. Napoli for the first time this morning. He preformed and emg and nerve conductive study. From the moment I met him I felt very comfortable. He is very personable and gives you his full attention. He gives you time to explain all your symptoms I would not hestitate to give him a 5 star rating and certainly would recommend him to others.

I was a nurse for decades and I recognize the signs of a wonderful doctor when I first meet him/her. Dr. Napoli is THE BEST I've met in a long time. He takes time, answers questions in that wonderfully soothing voice of his. The icing on the cake is that he is so very tall, dark and handsome! I would recommend him and his staff to everyone I care about.

I have been seeing Dr. Napoli since he was a Fellow at Brigham’s and Women. He gives such excellent care that I followed him to Foxboro. He has been my treating physician since 2004. His wisdom & compassion are second to none.

Dr. Napoli spends as much time as needed with patients. As long as you know this going in that there may be a wait time bring a book. The wait time for OV can be 15 min or an hour. I am very grateful for the extra time he has spent reviewing tests, meds, next steps etc. answering all questions and reassuring changes are okay.I am also glad for the quick reviews of what is happening, call immediately if something happens etc. Staff excellent. PT staff great at their jobs. Get appointment!

I trust Dr. Napoli. A big deal to me since other Neurologists left many questions or concerns unanswered. I was referred to Dr. Napoli from a family member who knew someone seeing him for the same medical reason. My hesitancy was the travel to Foxboro, MA since it was a drive of about 30 minutes from where I live in RI. After my first visit I knew he was right Dr. for me. A wonderful, professional manner and lots of encouragement. Office staff is kind and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Poor experience. Numerous tests requested by this doctor did not prove helpful. He and his staff were unable to diagnose my condition and simply wanted me to come back in three months to see if it's worse. Totally unacceptable. I saw Dr. Napoli for one brief visit, then was 'dumped off' to his staff, who were unresponsive to my problems. I realize he has a very favorable rating, but my experience was not good. I will not return to his office and will be seeking help elsewhere.
