Dr. Borno has been my cardiologist for about 20 Yrs. Great Dr.! He and his staff are verypleasant and thorough. When I have an appt. I get right in with very little wait time. His office is very clean, and he has taken care of my cardiac problems quickly. If I ever have to go to surgery, I will request Dr. Borno. I'm a happy camper just knowing I'm in good hands.

Great Doctor
My husband, William (Bill) Phelps thought the sun rose and set in Dr Borno. This doctor saved his life more than once. The doctor was always thoughtful and considerate of and to him. I truly want to thank him for his care!

Terrible Doctor
On one visit I asked if they could run an aldosterone (ALD) test? This test measures the amount of aldosterone (ALD) in your blood or urine. ALD is a hormone made by your adrenal glands, two small glands located above the kidneys. ALD helps control blood pressure and maintain healthy levels of sodium and potassium. They told me the aldosterone had nothing to do with blood pressure. When I showed them documentation that it did they told me they would put me on the medicine for treating this condition without running the test. Another doctor told me they would never put someone on this medicine without running a test. I was tested and it was determined I did not need the medicine. On the next visit I asked Dr Borno if he could explain why I had high blood pressure. He laughted and said "your old and when you get older your blood pressure goes up". He said if my blood pressure got too bad to get a bottle of wine. Not going back !

I would not recommend this office. I was told I would see Dr. Borno and never saw him. The receptionists in the office do not properly wear masks and the last time I was in the receptionist did not wear a mask. I was told that I would receive a call with my test results. After waiting almost a month, I called to make an appointment to get my results and the receptionist told me my results. Very unhappy with the whole experience.

Has been there for me the past 25 years. What more can I say? I am well over 78 years old. Quit smoking 12 years ago with chantix. It will work for you. Listen to your doctor, not the nasayers.

My husband has been awaiting an appointment for this doctor for two months. When my husband called them to confirm they received an authorization for treatment from our insurance , they said they hadn't. So my husband spent a lot of time tracking down who does what to get an darn appointment all to find out from the medical group handling this , Dr. Borno's office had already received the paperwork. A very rude lady Monica told my husband that the primary doctor did not send the proper info? SAD

An absolutely brilliant mind this gentleman possesses, which accounts for the fact that his clinical skill set is literally next to none (and I've seen several so called top notch cardiologists) and why at times he's perceived as laconic. A true genius often struggles with being understood and appreciated. Thank you sir for all that you've done to extend my life and preserve my dignity.

Dr. Borno is an excellent doctor. He is very knowledgeable, accommodating, pleasant and prompt. He is also a very skilled surgeon. He found out what was wrong with my husband and within a week performed surgery and basically saved his life. I would recommend Dr. Borno to anyone who is looking for a great cardiologist.

I would never recommend Dr. Borno to anyone, as he talks at you not to you. He does not stay in a room long enough for you to ask a question. He has tests done and 4 months later you are still waiting for results. The patient is not the important thing to him it is his pocket book. He is in a room no longer than a few minutes but I bet when he bills the insurance company he puts down longer. As a surgeon he is good as a doctor he is horrible to his patient & does not know them or even if it
