Dr. Sam Borrelli, MD

I recently had a medical emergency requiring a physician. Calling the office for an appointment I was informed that I am not a patient. I have been going to the doctor for years. After pressing on they said it must have been too long since my last visit and I had been dropped, but I am welcome to fill out a new patient request form and see if I will be accepted. I was then told to go to an urgent care center because this would not happen quickly! No notice was given in advance, no indication that I should come in to maintain my patient status - nothing until my true time of need and then was turned away. This is a truly shameful way to run a practice.

I'll echo what some of the other reviewers have said. Borrelli is a good doctor, but his staff is comprised of some of the most awful, unprofessional, rudest people you will ever meet. I was forced to find a new doctor when his office manager outright REFUSED to forward a Rx refill request to a nurse when I would literally die without my daily meds. That's the level of hateful indifference to human life you'll get from the staff.

Dr. Borrelli is the best! He delivered all 3 of my children and has been our Doctor for 32 years. When he retires I do not know what I will do. However, we love his NP Kim too! She is caring g and fantastic!

I was nervous about taking my kids to a family doctor instead of a pediatrician but my neighbor swears by him. Now that we have been there, I will never go anywhere else. Even my incredibly shy 3 year old loved him from our first visit. Dr. Borelli is kind and listens to all of my concerns and answers all of my questions. We are so happy we found this office!

Dr. Borrelli was always a good. His staff however is a different story. I had to choose a new dr. because of Obama CAre. At that time dr Borrelli was not in the network. After I no longer had to have Obama care I called the office to see about getting back with Dr Borrelli.. The women who works in the front office was horrible and down right rude to me. She demanded to know who made the appointment for me & said I was no longer allowed back in their office for changing drs. She was hateful!!

I've seen Dr. Borrelli for almost 18 years. During this time he's been a wonderful, knowledgeable and caring doctor.

Dr. Borrelli is great! My entire family goes to him and has for years. We trust him completely. He has always seen us when we needed to get in last minute and very thorough. Very caring and kind! Wouldn't want to go to anyone else!

Dr Borelli is one of the best doctors I have ever had...Always has your best interests at heart and diagnoses the problem...Always has helped me with anything I need and referred me to good doctors when it was somthing he didnt specialize in...class act and wonderful doctor...wait times can sometimes be long but he is worth it for sure!

Dr Borrelli has provided very caring and professional service to our extended family for many years. He is does not over prescribe and is able to refer patients to the best specialists in the area when needed. He is always available when unexpected health issues arise.
