Dr. Sam Sanandaji, DPM

My main issue is toenail fungus. He works on each toe to scrape off fungus, and when it has spread to the skin on the tips of the toes, he trims them too. He gave me a small insert for the ball of my foot that relieved the pain. Dr. Sam is friendly and personable I like talking with him about Cedars-Sinai and best doctors. I don’t even think about going anymore to podiatrists Santa Monica. Been there, forget that..Sam is a leg up on anybody else I have tried. A keeper. Easy to park on street or even in one of the neighborhood streets. No exorbitant rates in huge structures. More like the way it should be.

This doctor's office is completely unresponsive and his front desk staff is rude, inaccessible, and uncaring (specifically Marjorie).I was in car accident where I lost my orthotic insoles - I have been trying to get duplicate orthotic insoles for two months and the front desk continues to refuse to offer any replacement service. Every time you call the office, the front desk is either unavailable or terribly rude. Voicemails left are never responded to and when the front desk tells you they will call back, they not once have. I've had to call them over twenty times in the past six weeks and no progress has been made.Last Friday, Majorie processed 250 from me to replace the insoles (after I had to call the insurance company myself to learn how much it would cost) and now Marjorie is saying the insoles are no longer available and is refusing a refund. This doctor's office is in total chaos - they will take your money and you will never get the care you need. Avoid at all costs.

Dr. Sanandaji is the BEST: impressively knowledgeable, friendly, genuinely concerned, &--a characteristic my wife & I especially appreciate--very responsive to our questions & concerns. Indeed, he is what all good doctors should be: an educator.
