I recently had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Strauss for the extraction of my wisdom teeth, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of care and expertise I received. From the moment I walked into the office, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel at ease. Dr. Strauss himself was not only highly professional, but also very personable, taking the time to explain the procedure and address all of my concerns. The extraction itself was quick and virtually painless, and the aftercare instructions were detailed and easy to follow. Completely disreputable billing department. A year after my husband's procedure and after being paid in full at that time they charged my credit card without notification or authorization for almost $2000!!! This after numerous harassing phone calls from their bookkeeper 8 months ago as she failed to register she'd been paid by my insurance. There are plenty of comparable Dr.'s. You don't need this hassle. Go elsewhere.

I had a long-term dental problem from a previous dentist's poor work. Although I went to several oral surgeons for help, none solved the problem, which was painful. Dr. Strauss was the only one who saw what was wrong, performed painless surgery and corrected it. I can't ever thank him enough.

I was nervous and anxious before going there. I had to remove my wisdom teeth. When i arrived there the stuff was friendly. It was a quite place. The premises were clean. I started feeling better. I did the Xray and after going to the room. After the cuple of shots i waited for about 15 min. The doctor came and it took only 5 min to remove the teeth. Everything went well. I'm so happy . I'd recommend to everyone.
