She is very good. She listens to my issues, concerns, questions. She engages in dialogue with patients to probe and understand the patient issues and needs. Three members of my family are patients of Dr. Frembgen.

Very unprofessional
Doesn’t listen to patients, super hard to contact, doesn’t answer the phone for patients who are actively struggling/having life threatening side effects from a medication she prescribed.

DISORGANIZED
Off to a bad start. I'm experiencing the same trouble communicating with the staff, the just don't understand customer relations. They do not answer the phone or return voice mail. I'll update if I ever make any progress. I would switch but I haven't found another Dr offering the treatment I need.

I have seen Dr Frembgen for years. She has an amazing pharmacological knowledge base and I really trust her judgment re medication changes. I have been enjoying the televisits. And, since the move to Desert Sage Behavioral Health it seems that the front office, appointments, and communication has improved alot. Great service all around!

Horrible, scheduled appointment, including a 'required' $50 deposit to ensure I made it to appointment. I made it to the appointment 15 minutes early, but was told it was a scheduling error, and that the Office manager called me. She didn't, as evidenced by my phone log. I can't have confidence/trust in an office that doesn't respect my time, esp. for these types of services. I'll schedule elsewhere. Waiting for refund of $50/deposit.

I have already recommended Dr. Frembgen to several friends and co-workers. I feel like finally, someone just understood what I was going through. Her initial diagnosing and medication recommendations have helped more than anything I have been prescribed in the past. 10/10

Location was sketchy. Staff allowed me to stand at window far too long without acknowledging I was there. Barely gave my history and all my medication was changed which had terrible side effects that were not talked about. No explanation of what medication/s I was being given.

Samatha I want to say thank you. I feel stabilized and focused and I think I’m losing weight because I’m not overly eating anymore. My mood is more stable and my anxiety is lower. You are so kind and patient and listened to me.

They require a $50 deposit before you can even schedule an appointment. Ridiculous and seems like a backdoor scam. So much for getting help.

The scheduler is rude, unprofessional, and talks so fast/curtly, she's very hard to understand. She offered me a 1:00 appointment I couldn't do, then asked what time I wanted instead, and when I said I'd like something toward first in the morning or last in the afternoon, she said, I don't have anything. I can only do 1:00. I asked if she meant 1:00 is always when you do new patient appointments, and she said, That's all I have. Ever? That's it, 1:00. Forevermore? That's all I see.
