Very Impressed! 'Familiar With My Medical Chart'!!
What stood out the most in my case is duing my very first visit with Dr. Samantha Mitchell, besides her warm greeting upon entering the exam room her bedside manner was outstanding! She didn't ask me the usual question some physicians ask; for example: 'why are you here'? I'm proud to say that she was quite familiar, with at least the most important medical issues listed in my chart, and kindly, yet professionally voiced her concerns regarding a couple of the most important issues, which is quite rare. Why? Because it has been my experience, and I say this respectfully, that some physicians may want you to tell them 'what's in your chart' (that's in their possession) without obviously having taken the time to review what medical issues may be listed or perhaps flagged inside your medical chart. However, personally, it's very clear that she had taken great care in looking over my medical history first, leaving me very impressed and satisfied with the medical services that she provided!
