Dr. Sam is amazing. She is the only person every that has broken down my barriers to accept guidance. For me it is about trust and understanding and she has that implicitly with me now.. She is very straight forward when she needs to be, and compassionate, also, when appropriate.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Sam. She's incredibly knowledgable and competent -- knows her stuff. She takes the time to get to know your child and understand the issues. And she's extremely responsive every time I call with a question. So grateful to have found her.

Dr. Saltz has four key characteristics that are conducive to delivering superior psychiatric care:
1. She's intelligent
2. She listens
3. She cares
4. She caters her approach to the individual needs of the patient.
In addition, she makes you comfortable. I worked with many psychiatrists. My search stopped with Dr. Saltz. There is no reason for me to work with anyone else.

I really enjoy my appointments with Dr. Saltz. She is a great listener and provides solutions for my particular concerns and ease. I wish it were just a bit easier to align our schedules. Get there early if it's your first visit as it is a long wait for registering.

I have been under Dr. Sam's care for about three months and she has been of immense help, care, and support. I had been struggling with MDD and ADHD, and thanks to Dr. Sam's therapy, along with her support and check-ups outside of our time in therapy have definitely made a huge difference. You can tell how much she cares about her patients and wants them to get better; I felt I was being cared for professionally but with the love and support that family members bring. Highly recommend!

I like this doctor, I like doctor Samantha B Saltz because she always worry about my daughter health. I like the way she give me the right medication. Dr. Saltz is an amazing doctor! I have been seeing her for close to 2 years now and she is relentless in her pursuit of progress. She is always willing to listen to any issue big or small as well as offer sound advice. I have seen many other mental health professionals who cannot compare to the treatment I have received from her. I once believed that I was unable to be helped, but she has proved me wrong. Unimaginable advancements have been made; 10/10 would recommend.

I have been seeing Dr. Block for the last three months. I am not a novice to mental health therapy, but never before have found it as beneficial and as effective as with Dr. Block. She manages to be supportive and constructive at the same time! She has earned my trust, and when she brings my attention to an issue, I feel both safe and motivated to work on it. This ability to establish a genuine connection with a patient, and yet remain therapeutic is truly a gift!

Dr. Block has been seeing my son for a combination of ADHD and adjustment issues in a complicated family situation. She has been absolutely excellent! She was able to establish a trusting relationship with my son, helped him work through issues that were difficult for a 12 year old to communicate, and worked with the whole family in a supportive, non-judgmental way, to help us function better in a difficult situation. I highly recommend her as a child and adolescent psychiatrist!

I took my daughter to see Dr. Block after seeing many other doctors. No doctor could connect with her and help her condition and I was feeling lost. However Dr. Block refused to give up on my daughter. Her passion and knowledge of the field is evident in her practice, and she really connects with the kids. My daughter is now doing great in school and her condition has stabilized. I highly recommend Dr. Block for any child; she is truly wonderful at what she does.

Her enthusiasm and ability to relate to our teenage daughter masked her inexperience for awhile. Jackson never mentioned that she was a resident with 2 years experience. She attempted to connect bits of information and then make false accusations related to our family. We confronted her and she couldn't provide examples to substantiate her claims. Since Jackson didn't provide oversight during therapy sessions, we would have selected a different doctor with more experience.
