We followed Dr. A-J from her fellowship, after seeing many psychiatrists she was the only one willing to look at things differently, and I truly believe the changes she made for my daughter saved her life and our family.

Within less than a year, she dropped us as patients saying there was nothing more she could do in the middle of my son's crisis. I had to call 5 times to get a refill request for psychotropic meds that cannot be missed. She said there was nothing more she could do for us, when there are several things she hasn't even tried in the short 6 months we have worked for her. I had referred other people to her, and when I told them my experience, they all said she made them feal demoralized as a parent, and they never went back. She has left us in a lurch in crisis mode and has shown she doesn't care what happens to my child in crisis mode. She is very new in her practice. Hopefully she will learn a few things in the next 10 years, but I would stay far away. To be dropped with no plan of refills, another doctor to take over and no weaning plans is going to land us in the hospital. Such a shame, especially from someone who is a mother and a doctor that took an oath to do no harm. She has harmed my son by dropping him with no plan for him. I'm so mad we left our last psychiatrist, and there are 6-9 month waitlists for anyone in our area. Very dissappointed.
