Dr. Rashid listened to my health issues and concerns with great compassion and empathy. During our first appointment I was not rushed. I was meant with a caregiver who truly cares about her patients and what ails them. I immediately felt her warmth and understanding and genuine concern. I felt I was in great hands. I was correct in my feelings as I am in great hands with Dr. Rashid as my physician. Additionally, Doctor’s immediate staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Rashid.

One bad experience after another at this office - from my first visit where I arrived 15 min early and was told I would have to come back since I had not filled in paperwork (which was done in 5 min), then they could "fit" me in because she was very busy (and not one person in the waiting room) to a rushed physical which was a non physical to telling me come back for 2 Shingles shots and then charging me $1100 rather than sending me to pharmacy where it is free. Since she wouldn't return calls, I wrote her a personal letter and dropped it off asking my course of appeals and she completely ignored me. Her staff is very nice but she is a disaster as a leader of her practice etc. Buyer beware!

I could not be happier with the care I have received from Dr. Rashid and the office. Extremely thorough and listened to all of my concerns. I have never been so happy with my care from a PCP.

Very condescending. Acts as if she has better things to be doing. Came to her about switching from Lexapro to a different medication, and instead of looking into other options she talked me into upping from 10mg to 20mg... no clear explanation why. Also, the clinic as a whole feels judgey and uncomfortable. Am definitely looking to switch doctors.

She is breath of fresh air! Dr. Rashid is wonderful, caring and extremely knowledgeable. I'm a retired RN, and know how special it is when a Dr. has a great bedside manner, and is a good listener. Her visits feel very collaborative, in the sense that we are both working to find a solution together. I have chronic back pain and she has been really helpful to guide me to better health and comfort.

I find it unbelievable that there’s even a negative review about Dr. Rashid! If a patient can’t feel the difference she makes “simply” by placing her hands under his/her back, then the problem is either the lack of open-mindedness on the patient’s part, or the patient doesn’t know what osteopathy is. I’ve been going to an osteopath since 2007 (when I was living in Paris, where I first discovered osteopathy), and switched to Dr. Rashid this summer after my former DO in San Diego closed her practice in preparation for a move overseas. In fact, of all the DOs in this area, my former DO recommended Dr. Rashid – who is also my new PCP. What’s more, even my 94- and 90-y-o parents have seen Dr. Rashid with very happy results. Which certainly speaks volumes!

Horrible. She was extremely condescending and did not help me at all. When I had an important question to ask her about my care, she interrupted me and said she had to go to her next patient and I would have to wait 2 weeks to ask her until my next follow up visit. Her methods as an osteopath were ridiculous. She claimed to help my back pain by simply placing her hand on my back. This did not work at all and she said it was ok if I didn’t feel a difference. I will never go back to her again I was so uncomfortable.
