My visits were a while back, but I found her to be judgmental, presumptive, in-the-box to the point of paralysis, and, outrageously, she wouldn't see me unless my daughter came too! (Age discrimination?) Also, she showed no skills at finding WHY my prolonged illness, even as I tried to tell her "something hormonal," I now know a neurotransmitter problem that's done major damage because it's been so long untreated. But, I see that as a growing problem in medicine: Doctors' inability to diagnose sufficiently to even know when a patient needs to be sent to someone of different expertise!
