Hungup on me mid call
just got off the phone with him, worst phone call with doctor ever. Honestly shocked at how well the reviews are considering how rude he was on the call. I was mid asking questions and the doctor hung up on me. I am truly shocked by his behavior and professionalism. Was asking questions about my diabetic grandma who has repeated UTI infections to him and he simply did not care. I asked questions because I was worried about my grandma’s state of health as she is 70 years old and instead of assuring me and clarifying my questions he got frustrated and acted out of his profession and was very rude as to why I was asking questions to a doctor. Ive never felt more disrespected by a doctor as he truly does not care about his patients. He even told me to call back on Monday because he was too lazy to pull up my grandma’s lab reports. He only pulled it up after I started asking why because the office is still clearly open. Extremely unprofessional doctor who does not care about his patients

Extremely limited office hours. Unable to leave messages during office hours via voice mail, as it tells me to leave a message, then tells me goodbye within 5 sec. Whie undoubtedly knowledgeable, his ability to communicate that knowledge to patients in a useful manneris severely lacking.

They told me that they would call in an antibiotic for me and did not do so. The next day I was unable to reach anyone at their office. I left a message with the "physicians answering service" and have not heard back from them. You're on your own, with these folks.
