Dr.samual mossallum is friendly he answers questio
When I first went to Dr.samual mossallum he understood what I was going through. He had me get a hystopery done and a laproscopy. I was having trouble with my hemorrhoids and he found a polyp in my urine and another problem in my stomach. So I had to have a blood test done and I had low white count and platelets and the surgery had to hold off till I had a bone marrow done . Then I could get the surgeries done. Every day I keep an eye on my stomach aches. Also every year I have to get a mammogram, because I am at high risk having breast cancer. I did a family test to find out what family problems I have to do something about. I found out breast cancer I was at high risk so Dr.samual mossallum had me start get an MRI done every year because sometimes an MRI will find something that a mammogram will not show. Dr.samual mossallum knows that I have dense tissue I have to keep an eye on it if I ever notice anything I have to call him. Every year he does pap tests and he does good.

He has the worst mid-wives and front office help desk women. When my wife and myself visited his office, he never even saw us. It was just mid-wife Natasha who looked after my wife and after a couple days women in front office said all my wife's information has been sent to Univ of michigan (well my wife didn't attend U of M or didn't go to college anywhere in the US), so somewhere, by someone's mistake these sleepy and useless women in his office relayed misinformation which made my wife unable to see Dr Mossallam. After spending the whole day, Dr. Mossallam still didnt come and see us. Upon me questioning their behavior, the front office clerk said "we dont want to see you anymore and hang up the call". So beware guys, the doctor might be ok, but these uneducated uncivilized employees are useless people to serve in this profession.

He really does care about his patients, he takes the time to explain things, also listens to any concerns that you have, and answers without belittling a person, bedside manners rock. I have been a patient for about 3 1/2 years, ( I was afraid to see another obgyn for a little over 5 years because of my last doctor.) I have been seeing him every year. Staff is friendly and courteous, it's always easy to get an appointment with him. If I had daughters they would to be seeing him.

I moved from FL to Michigan and was on Medicaid which takes awhile to switch over. Once I got to Michigan I spent forever looking for a doctor that would take me until my Medicaid was switched over and everyone said no but Dr mossallam. He had me sign a paper stating I was responsible for paying etc. Anyways... Point being is he cared more about the safety of my child and I then about money. And I just thought that was amazing to find a dr like that!!! Everything went super smooth!
