Dr Saba went above and beyond
Dr. Saba was professional and empathetic. He addressed all of my concerns during his exam which was thorough and not rushed. He was available to answer my questions and replied promptly. I recommend him highly. As a professional nurse, I work with a lot of caring physicians and would place Dr Saba's care at the top my list for doctors who listen to their patient and follow up with solutions.

Responsive and Attentive
I started seeing Dr. Saba this year as a second opinion from having seen another neurologist and Dr. Saba performed additional tests (including autoimmune antibodies including TS-HDS) and found information that was very important pertaining to my neuropathy. I have also messaged him through the portal and I know that doctors are very busy and he has been very responsive compared to other doctors I have been in touch with through medical portals. He's also very prompt with sending orders for exams and his office's staff is pretty professional and attentive. He has good bedside manners and is kind and listens to concerns. I do understand that human systems are complex, and it is hard to diagnose some illnesses/diseases; I do see that Dr. Saba places effort into putting the puzzle of symptoms together. I recommend him.

Definitely go see dr saba
I almost didn’t go to Dr. Saba because of the terrible reviews, but, thankfully, I decided to go anyway. Dr. Saba was extremely thorough in his exam, listened well and spent over an hour with my husband. We were both very happy that we went to Dr. Saba and would definitely recommend him. Since my husband himself is a physician, he is in a great position to be able to judge other doctors competence and bedside manner.

AVOID DR. SABA and NORTHWELL HEALTH AT ALL COSTS
I've been under Dr. Saba's care after I was referred him to me for peripheral neuropathy. I recently had what I thought was a pretty mundane problem filling a script that required me to go to a local pharmacy so I wouldn’t run out today. This turned into a full day crisis manufactured entirely by Dr. Saba and Northwell Health’s operational negligence. I’ve spent an entire day trying to fill a routine script to avoid intense pain, and am now entering a night of excruciating pain due to their ineptitude patient neglience. Through all attempts to get a script filled across the entire day today, I was faced with their team’s passive aggressiveness, ineptitude and complete lack of accountability for patient care. I tried to work with his staff across the entire day to fill a script that I needed today, and they all failed, only to be told by his office staff that maybe I should just go to the pharmacy and see if they would give me a short refill—I was actually told this!

Consider yourself lucky if you are under the care of Dr. Saba. He’s a rare breed of Dr.’s that have not only terrific bedside manners, but cares, follows through and really takes the time to explain everything clearly. I’d give 6 Stars if I could. ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ??

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR! This is the worse experience I’ve ever had with ANY provider. He was rude, dismissive not attentive. He clearly hates his job and maybe was forced into this line of work from family. He barely asked me questions and the info I tried to share he dismissed. Maybe he doesn’t like people of color? I don’t know. He did not take my worries serious.

Dismissive, unprofessional, rude. Made poor decision without proper knowledge of condition. Arrogant. Conclusions made by doctor proved him to be ill-informed and extremely lacking in knowledge re condition.
