My care provider wasn't very engaged with my health concerns. I had to explain why I needed tests, and she was distant, mostly typing on her laptop. It felt like she was just checking items off a list. I also had to ask for the post-visit summary in MyPortal and waited a week for it.

Doesn't trust patient's own experience and tends to be a bit power driven. Not so much a team player to discuss options but more authoritarian. Rigid. I have been going to same practice for 20 years and it has had big turnover and she has been the most difficult to communicate with by far.
