Excellent and Attentive
We were skeptical based on other reviews initially. However, Dr. Patel was warm, informative, and engaging. This was our third Neurologist and Dr. Patel did not disappoint. He defined a care plan that included additional Referral resources and defined measured markers for expected improvement. Dr. Patel puts care in his Neurology practice coupled with expertise.

Denial of care
Had an appt scheduled with Dr Patel after having to wait for months to get a second opinion, treatment possibilities for migraines. After getting into the treatment room I was informed that since I saw another Doctor in that practice in 2021, I had to see him. I was not comfortable with the first Doctor, that's why I chose Dr Patel. After speaking with the site supervisor and office manager, they offered to let me see a PA or wait until October to see Dr Patel. Their lack of compassion was overwhelming. Bottom line is, I will now suffer from these migraines even longer as I search for a Neurologist who actually takes his Hippocratic Oath seriously. I would avoid this practice at all costs. I read bad reviews on them prior but now I believe all of them.

Unprofessional and Disrespectful.
I wish I could rate him with NO STARS!!! During this visit, he never learned anything about me. He simply told me in less than a minute that I was mental and he could not help me. He told me that I needed medication when I went there for help with memory issues, I had a fall to my head and had cognitive issues from Covid. He was very disrespectful and did not want to hear anything that I had to say. Very very rude and I would never go back to that office. I advise you to stay away from him as he has no sense of warmth to him at all.

Immoral level of indifference
If you are looking for a doctor who couldn’t care less about his patients outcomes, Dr Patel is for you. My father was unfortunately his patient and as his health rapidly declined I got involved in his medical appointments. Dr Patel will never return calls or messages in MyChart. He will only speak by appointments which can take 4-6 weeks to get. When one of my dad’s appointments was canceled it resulted in over 3 months to even get results of a test that Dr Patel had the whole time. It turns out my dad had ALs and is now in later stages. We could’ve responded with better treatments sooner if Dr Patel bothered to pick up the phone is response to many messages begging for a quick call . I can only assume this guy is in it for the money because he is indifferent to his patients outcomes.

My daughter had a life threatening reaction to a medicine prescribed by Dr. Patel. She tried to talk to him about 1 week before, had to leave a message and no return call. Following the life threatening reaction and almost 6 days in the hospital, she again called several times to tell him about the reaction and also for him to review her anti-seizure medication. No return call. I even called on her behalf, was supposedly to be transferred to his MA but instead got VM, had to leave a message (a rather blunt one) and indicated that it was imperative that Dr. Patel call her back. NO RETURN CALL. This is unacceptable for a doctor and a practice. AVOID at all costs. It might cost you your life. It almost claimed our daughters.

I read several reviews about Dr. Patel before I visited, and was a bit concerned based on the reviews I read. My experience with him was exceptional. I found him engaged, knowledgeable, reassuring, and competent. He left no stone unturned. He took his time to unsure he addressed all of my concerns. Test results were provided to me within 24-36 hours of test. His nurse, Kim, was friendly and incredibly helpful. Both of them put me right a time ease.

I've had 2 appts with Dr. Patel. He's warm & friendly, follow up is horrible. 1. He ordered test, unable to explain to insurance why necessary-declined. 2. In 6 months his staff has been unable to call in prescription for 1000mg vial of b12 to be filled once every 2.5 months, instead they call in for 100mg and no refills. 3. 3 mins late for appt.; line for check in; appt cancelled (nurse acknowledged I was 3 min late/not 5 nothing she could do). 4. unable/willing to give paper script
