I've had this doctor for over a year and they have me on three medications. The pharmacist tells me its dangerous to be on all of it. I never saw Jain once in a year. He just kept sending his staff in there to treat me as if I wasn't important. Nobody there was explaining anything to me. I felt in the dark the entire time. I have no idea what's causing my heart problems. It seems like they don't know either. It all around feels uneasy to me. I don't trust the people that work there.

BEWARE! I had a follow-up appt with Dr. Jain's NP. I was extremely rushed by her, she would not listen to any information I was trying to convey to her about my current and serious health condition that compromised my heart, blood pressure and arteries. I asked to see Dr Jain who was in the next room with a patient just minutes before. At first she said he's not here. Then 2 minutes later she excused herself and came back with Jain. Jain came in and said mynheart is fine according to the testing I previous had I brought my blood work results with me ordered by another Dr and readings of my extremely high blood pressure, all which showed proof of what I was trying to convey. Literally every 2-3 words I was cut off by Jain. Even when he asked me about family history, he cut me off when I tried to answer him. Finally approx 10 minutes I got him to look at my bloodwork ordered medicine & hesaid come back in 4 months! I've never in my 66 years been seen by any Doctor fail like this one did.

Was hospitalized at Community Hospital last year for internal bleeding due to warafin. He was there every day, and arranged for me to have a Watchman device implanted at Jersey Shore Hospital. This year I had a heart attack at 5:30 in the morning . He came in then to take care of me.. He tried to save me at Community Hospital, but I needed to have open heart surgery and had to go to a hospital that does perform that. He found a surgeon willing to do it at St Michael's in Newark. When you REALLY need your cardiologist you can count on him to be there.

I used to have a different doctor in Dr. Jain's office, but now Dr. Jain is my doctor. I found him to be caring and to listen to my concerns. He spent sufficient time with me and explained the test he wanted to run and why.

We have been with Dr. Jain since he started out on his own. He does not spend the time with you as a patient, he is in and out. His office staff is subpar at best, and not friendly, it will take at least 3 calls before you get any type of response. He has defiantly dropped the ball for my family and for that we will look elsewhere.
