The doctor is one of the best I have ever had. He takes the time to hear of your pain and problem. He works with you to get you back to work, I wish more Doctors were like him. It isn't like he works for the company you work for it more like he works with both to heal you so you can go back to work faster then other pushing you before your body is ready. A Doctor that cares.

Dr. Ho has been treating me for nearly two years, after a near fatal car accident. He is a knowledgeable doctor who really cares for his patients. Although he sometimes seemed in a rush while I was in Mary Free Bed, he is much more relaxed in his office visits. Any question you ask him, he will patiently and thoroughly answer. He pushes his patients to achieve the best outcome and encourages the hard work that rehab takes. I am so happy that he has been my doctor because I can tell that he truly cares about my recovery. He is NOT about insurance for himself. Instead, he advocates on behalf of the patient(me) to make sure that I am getting the full benefits and help available to me. I greatly appreciate his help in navigating the coverage since I had no clue what my insurance would provide or how to request it. Dr. Ho has been invaluable, providing excellent care, referrals when needed, and advocacy on my behalf. I can never repay his kindness.

Dr. Ho caused mass amounts of stress to our family while my mother in law has been at Mary Free Bed. He tried to rush her out with no cares about our need to make her house safe for her. But when the new place she is going needed more time, he extended her stay for them for 5 more days. We are taking her out of his care until my mil transitions to the new place so he can't cause any more disruption in our lives. There is more but that was the major thing, he doesn't care about patient safety.

Dr. Ho ambushes the family and doesn't care how he comes across at an already difficult time. He may be good at physical rehabilitation, but he and his team do not deal with any other issues the patient is facing. I wouldn't recommend him to others. In his ambush, he told us that we needed to take better care of our younger child....when he had never met him or seen how we interacted. The meeting wasn't about our child who was at Mary Free Bed, it was about something he knew nothing about.

Dr Ho does not represent the patient best interest. He represents the insurance companies best interests. Give him credit he shoots straight, he will tell you where he stands and what the insurance companies pay him. He is professional, well paid. And always late. Unforunately he will never be a patient advocate. Very disappointing. The nurses are great...

My husband had an appointment with Dr Hoe at 11:00 today Sept 12, 2016. We arrived on time. We waited approximately 10 minutes before we were called in. The young lady taking information and blood pressure was very pleasant which took approximately 15-20 minutes. It is now 11:30 give or take a few minutes. 12:45 still waiting for the doctor. We left, demanded our $50.00 co-pay. Priority health said mandatory to see him before we could get our Doctor referral! clearly works for them! Not returning
