Dr Downing is the most honest, compassionate doctor I’ve ever met. He listened to me and provided candid guidance for my needs. I wish I could have him as my primary doctor!

He abandoned me when I needed him the most! Didn’t like to be questioned! I was dieing!??

Dr. and staff do not return calls in a timely fashion, if at all. Started out great,but after joining YRMC Physician Care, service has been poor. Do not know for certain if that is a factor or not. Just noticed change in quality at that time. A real disappointment. Will be changing Dr.'s
