No Bedside Manner
I have been a Kaiser member for 44 years. My doctor moved and I was trying Dr. Eindinder. He barely looked up from his keyboard during my visit and was just plain rude. He rushed through the visit, made me feel belittled as if I were just another number instead of a patient. NOT CARING AT ALL! He did ask questions and agreed to give me referrals to other 'specialists', however; he was not friendly, did not take an interest in what I was telling him about myself. Then he abruptly just left the office without even stating that he was leaving. HOW RUDE! He could use a few lessons in common courtesy and manners. I will be filing a complaint against him and DEFINITELY be looking for a new primary doctor. Kaiser - you need to give your doctors lessons in courtesy.

Excellent and Positive experience
My doctor retired and I was assigned Dr. Einbinder MD. I was pleasantly surprised at how well he reviewed my charts and reviewed my prescriptions. He asked me to discuss any and all Issues with himโ€ฆ and I laid it on him. I felt comfortable discussing my issues with him. Dr. Einbinder is professional and personable. Under his guidance my health has improved, my cholesterol and blood pressure are now under control. I feel that Dr. Einbinder is very attentive to my needs and I highly recommend him!
