Office staff said they accepted my insurance, but when I went for my visit, they said they don't accept it!!!

One month ago - Waited for 2 hours before being called back. Dr apologized for taking so long and when I didn't respond, he stopped what he was doing and berated me for not responding. He then yelled at me that I could go to another dr. He gave me my lab results and I left. Fast forward to today, I called to have a prescription refilled, only to find out that they supposedly sent me a letter requesting that I get a new doctor and he is refusing to refill my blood pressure medicine. I am now left scrambling to find a new doctor and out of potentially lifesaving medication. I never received a letter and was also informed that my future appointments that are already scheduled will be cancelled.

This place will tell you that they accept your insurance and then afterwards they will tell you that they don't! The office manager will lie and tell you, oh, they didn't know that was the insurance that you had and they don't accept it - how does that happen when you call to make an appointment as a new patient, that's one of the first things they ask you!

Amazing services: He is caring and detailed caring for his patients. Has empathy with his patients. Their follow up is very encouraging. Hygiene is also excellent. I recommend him as your family physician.

Last 2 appointments I waited over an hour to be seen after my appointment time. This time it has been an hour and a half and I chose to walk out due to already missing work and now I’m even later. Unless you have half a day to wait go elsewhere!

Bed side manners this doctor doesn’t have , rude and hates for patient’s to ask questions. Acts like he’s above you and doesn’t allow you to finish asking the question. Doesn’t care if others hear him raising his voice at you.

The doctor that owns this ER should NOT have a license. I am reporting him to the board for investigation. If you want to get the flu (or Corona in a few weeks once it spreads) go here! He doesn’t wash his hands or stethoscope in between patients. He doesn’t care about quality purely quantity. I watched him have the utter nerve to walk back and forth from his Primary Care Clinic next door to see patients at the free standing ER all while he had 15 plus patients in the waiting room to see him. It was my first and last visit after waiting 2 hours to see him. He put his dirty hands all over my face and stomach but then only listened to my left upper lobes....HE DIDNT EVEN LISTEN TO MY LOWER LOBES AT ALL AND I WAS THERE WITH A COUGH! Luckily I’m a nurse with years of experience and knew this guy has no idea what he is doing. All he cares about is money and seeing patients as fast as possible. I’m probably going to get a secondary virus just from his dirty hands. Learn to wash between patie

Worst physician experience of my life. This doctor is ignorant, rude and above all dangerous. DO NOT PUT YOUR LIFE IN HIS HANDS-go literally Anywhere else. I have my masters degree in nursing and luckily knew enough to ask for certain test (which he refused to order btw). He wanted to prescribe another round of antibiotics when I have signs of viral not bacterial illness. (No fever, normal CBC, normal chest X-ray) He got upset when I said no to the antibiotic. He doesn’t like being questioned and is extremely rude. I waited 2 hours to be seen for my appointment and when we left the waiting room was packed-he has way too many patients to do a good job with each. He doesn’t care at all about his patients. I do agree with so many of the one star reviews. I pray this review saves one person from going to this terrible doctor. I will be reporting him.

Dr Oloyo is a wonderful doctor that takes his time and is very thorough in all he does. I like the fact that he runs tests and is on the cautious side.! I totally trust him and would recommend him and also his new Emergency Room, Reliant to anyone

He may be a knowledgeable doctor BUT he gives lots of tests to pay for his expensive machines and never gives you the results. It’s like your health is some kind of a secret that should only be known by him. He prescribed one expensive med ($361/mo) without realizing that it’s side effects were contradictory to what I was being treated for. My bad reaction to it was almost life changing. He appears to resent questions and in some cases won’t give you the courtesy of an answer.

I have been a patient of Dr Oloyo for 4 years. Dr Oloyo has proven to be true to his proffession. He is very thorough at all does. My health is is his main caocer. My thanks to you Dr Oloyo for taking care of my health!

Easy to talk to the Dr and I felt that he truly cares. Explained what I had going on and he took it from there. I take my health seriously and I have found a physician that cares. Thank you Dr Oloyo!????

He has been my doctor over 3 years. I love that he is a detail doctor, but i don't like that i can not talk to him about how i feel. He would rather run the test to see for himself. Which is good...but then again bad because some of the test running can be prevented if he just listen to his patients

I have been under the care of Dr Oloyo for many years. He takes consideration of your well being. I would recommend him to all I meet.

I would not recommend this doctor. My mother is an elderly patient of his and was diagnosed years of ago of early alzheimer's. [Prior to the meds: her memory was fine]. He has precribed 3 medications for various conditions all of which have dangerous side effects such as: memory loss, light headedness, confusion just to name a few. These meds has caused my mother's condition to get worse!!! Do your research on all meds that are prescribed by this doctor!
