This dr does not listen to patients. He does not want you to ask any questions. He’s arrogant and rude. He also kept me waiting 2 hours and 20 minutes.

Dr. Saltzberg was not what i thought he would be. We came to my dad’s appointment and he did nothing but talk down to him, and cut in when my dad tried to explain something. He was rude and unprofessional. Not only that, but he suggested a surgery that could potentially put my dad’s life at risk versus a safer alternative. He wanted to review the procedure with the transplant team and they also deemed it unsafe. He didn’t want to listen to our concerns or what brought us there. We will be getting another opinion because this was just uncalled for.
What went well
  • Appointment wasn't rushed
What could be improved
  • Office environment
  • Difficult to schedule appointment
  • Didn't listen or answer questions
  • Staff wasn't friendly
  • Didn't trust the provider's decisions
