My favorite doctor. Excellent, professional staff, highly recommend

You are not rushed here. He takes time to sit down with you and explain everything in detail. I went to him for a pulmonology issue and switched to Dr. The as my primary. Is office staff is great too!

Dr. The all of the, are wonderful. Very patient and he office staff are kind and helpful.

Dr The may be a good doctor but he thinks he knows everything. He told my mom who has uncontrolled diabetes that she doesn’t need to see a specialist and that he was upset that she went to see one. What good doctor would do that. He seems like he just puts a bandaid on the problem and hope it sticks.

I've been going to Dr. Samuel The for years and unfortunately I'm seriously consiering looking for a new doctor, mainly because of office procedures and staff. I just don't trust they will send prescriptions or maintain my records correctly. I was given a two month wait for a physical--office said absultely nothing available before 2 months. Plus there is always a problem calling in prescriptions. You have to count on the whole medical team and I just don't have confidence in the office staff. Ofcourse no one takes responsibility for their actions either. Thats kind of upsetting! In addition his hours aren't great and you always get a sense that no one knows what they re doing at the front desk.

Dr. The seems like a great doctor. Very thorough. The problem is, no matter what your condition, it's nearly impossible to get an appointment. The doctor says come back in two weeks, and the nurse gives an appointment for 2 months later. I don't feel like they don't follow up very well. Disappointing.

Knowledgeable, compassionate, straight shooting, best blood draw ever! Highly recommend!!

Dr The himself is very good. I appreciate his knowledge, attentiveness, and willingness to explain. He stays up to date with research. Wonderful bedside manner. However, his office is impossible when it comes to prescription refills. They ignore the faxed reminders sent by my mail order pharmacy and I had to call repeatedly for every refill. The last straw was when I called 12 times in 4 weeks about *1* prescription, and still never got it! Massive incompetence and unconcern for my wellbeing.
