Assaf is great but Nurse is awful
Dr. Assaf is great. she listens to our concerns and she is very helpful. But, nurse Rachel is very rude, disrespectful and impolite, and give you wrong advices. if it was not for Dr. Assaf, i would have changed my pediatrician.

Dr. Assaf prescribed meds that my kid had adverse reactions to, and it was hard to communicate with her or the office to follow up. The office used to be efficient and advanced as far as the quality of care provided and communicating with parents and other providers. Lately, I’ve had mistakes with forms and orders. Triage is not always providing correct guidance (recommended continuing a med that was causing an adverse reaction). They need to get back on track with their quality of care.

Not recommending Dr. Assaf. I have had a bad experience with my daughter. a. Lets parents wait for a long time b. Careless in prescribing medicine (wrong prescription sent to pharmacy!!). Very angry about it! c. Changes her diagnosis from one visit to the next. Its like she is doing a hit n trial diagnosis. I don't have any complaints against the office itself.
