Dr. Hindupur was very personable and easy to work with. He took the time to listen about the problem I was having and clearly explained all my options. I can highly recommend him if you're looking for a cardiologist.

I was assigned to see Dr. Hindupur because at the time I did not have a cardiologist and I was going to have surgery and needed to be certified that my heart was safe. Dr. Hindupur was condescending and made me feel he had better things to do. Last time I saw him he indicated that there was no reason to see him again unless there was a problem. On June 12th, I was hospitalized out of town and diagnosed with chronic heart failure. I asked for a referral to see Dr. Missler, a cardiologist in the same practice. The referral was made on June 17th. After waiting to be contacted until July 7th, I checked to see why I had not been contacted. I was told that Dr. Hindupur had to approve me seeing a different cardiologist in the practice and that he had not given his approval. It would seem if he had any genuine concern for my heart health he would not stand in my way of seeing the cardiologist of my choice.
