There Is No Better Physician Than Dr. Khandhar
Dr. Khandhar is a skilled surgeon who is extremely caring and personable. Although he is much in demand and often very busy, visits with him are never rushed. He strives to help each and every patient fully understand a prognosis, a test result, or a 'next step'. He answers all questions, explains in detail, and leaves you feeling that you could not be in better hands.

Dr. Khandhar
I came to Dr. Khandhar for a second opinion because he had successfully performed a very tricky surgery on my husband a few years ago. In my case he brought up issues about my condition that had not been addressed by the previous doctor that I had seen. He was thoughtful, thorough and kind. He spent so much time with us looking at all options.

Dr. Khamdhar is an excellent thoracic surgeon
Dr. Khamdhar is a very knowledgeable, expeirenced thoracic surgeon. During my visit, he showed that he thurouthly studied and understood my health issue, used common language clearly explained my case to me and answered all my questions, provided his professional advices. He deserves high respect from me as his patient.

Dr. Khandhar is outstanding.
Dr. Khandhar is wonderful. It’s clear that he cares about his patients and wants to ease our anxieties. Every meeting with him is excellent because he is able to anticipate our concerns and knows exactly how to address them, He made sure we understood his explanations and encouraged us to ask questions. He also gave us his direct line and returned our call quickly. He always takes the time to reassure us and cover everything we need to know. I can’t express how grateful I am to be in his care. I was alarmed when I received the diagnosis and feel very fortunate that Dr. Khandhar performed the surgery and will follow up with me every year. He is absolutely the best!

I had a consultation with Dr. Khandhar for a lesion on my mom’s lung. He carefully explained the CT scan and walked through the options carefully. Exceptional Health Care Provider

I would recommend him anytime. He is fantastic
I met with him and he carefully explained three years of CTScans to me regarding my lungs and I understood how badly they had deteriorated. He then performed a biopsy surgery on my lungs to determine the nature and cause of my pulmonary fibrosis. My post-op visit with him was most satisfying and he has been in consultation with my pulmonologist. At best, he gave me hope for successful treatment.
