My grandson is 29 years old and his diagnosis is autism. At least two weeks before his appointment, he asks me See Dr.Saroch? And I say not now but soon. Dr.Saroch has great empathy and compassion for his patients. We trust him and we know he is reliable, honest, and humble. An expert on medications, highly intuitive in making connections and decisions. He has given me and my grandson guidance and support that we needed. A lifeline for us. And a light at the end of the tunnel. An excellent psychiatrist.

Ordered a medically unnecessary drug screen he knew was not covered by insurance. Now owe over $500 to Kings Daughters for one test.

Appt was a complete joke. Dr. perched behind a huge desk, head hidden behind large computer monitor and rapid-fired about 30 questions, cutting-short my responses. For the amount of personal details you're made to divulge/submit, it'd be nice if he REVIEWED them. Left feeling insulted, degraded, and like a disease-carrying drug seeker. Better, less arrogant psychiatrists in the area, IMHO. One visit was plenty. Office staff, however, was truly EXCEPTIONAL--my only complement.

i was called in for a pill count, which i came to, but had missed a call from them i guess, not saying i didnt not, cause, newsflash... i work.. im not a drughead. anyway. while in session in his office and discussing the issue, he ask to see my phone, to look at my call log. hello, over step much.. thats a boundary issue. i have thought on reporting him. but after that, i was just disgusted with him and just never went back. he is a bit of a jerk. he thinks he is above everybody

Rudest staff I have ever encountered. I had to cancel an app that was out of my control because we had a death in the family. Receptionist bites my head off says they're gonna charge me a 100$ fee even though I gave advanced notice. Then she claims they may waive the fee if I can bring in "proof" but it's not likely the Dr will want to see me anymore after cancelling like this. Then I tell her not to worry that I won't be back after being treated this way and she HANGS UP ON ME.
