Dr. Ray is always attentive to the needs and concerns of her patients. Definitely the best physician I've had so far.

Tele-visit to renew prescription that had expired, due my very overdue followup. They had no appt for several weeks, but placed me in waiting list, if an earlier appt became available. Fortunately, an opening became available within a few days, but with another doctor, as an interim, and scheduling an appt with my PCP, for a more familiar and thorough follow up, and renewed enough medication (2 mos.) when I am scheduled to visit with my regular PCP, Dr. Castro, via tele-visit or possibly in-person, with labs. Thanks again to Dr. Ray and the staff for their help, support and follow up. Peter Silver.

Do not bother- if you want a provider that truly cares about your wellbeing, go elsewhere. The amount of frustration that has amounted after trusting for medical services is incomparable. Truly disappointed- hoping others don't have to suffer the same disappointment regarding the most important matter being one's health...

I feel so grateful to have found Dr. Ray. I really feel that she is invested in my health and well-being. I appreciate that she considers all possibilities and is willing to look into things "just in case" making me confident that if anything were seriously wrong with my health Dr. Ray would find it and take care of it. She takes her time with patients; I've never felt rushed with her. She listens, she cares and is extremely thorough. I highly recommend Dr. Ray! I must also commend the staff at TGMG (Tampa Palms Office). They are always friendly and helpful. Again, I am very grateful to have found a medical facility with such thoughtful, caring people!

Great Doctor.. Great Staff!

All the staff including the receptionists are very good. Dr Ray is very nice and caring. Overall it is a very good service offered.

My first visit was this week. My previous primary physician had decided to specialize and no longer was treating primary physicians. I was impressed with her warmth and professionalism. She was very thorough and understanding and knowledgeable. Would be happy to recommend Dr. Ray to any of my friends.

Dr. Ray is very knowledgeable, thorough, and very caring. She takes the time to get to know her patients and makes sure she completes the patient's profile so she can refer back to it at a later date. Most doctors are too busy to do that and usually, I feel like I'm starting from the beginning when I see them again. I was sad to lose Dr. Merritt as my primary care physician but now I feel very fortunate that I have Dr. Ray as my new PCP.
