The time she took to actually ask about various aspects of my life that impacts my health. It was a conversation...not a 'check the box' task.

Dr. Chanda is a very caring and thorough PCP. She is very knowledgeable, takes her time, answers questions, and explains everything. I appreciate the follow-up calls after tests, screenings to go over the information and next steps and answer any questions I may have.

Always perfect. When we are done I'm fully informed and all my questions are answered.

Dr Chanda lets you explain the problems your having and didn’t rush me. She takes the time to explain medications and treatments. I’m very happy as she is very caring.

Dr. Chanda has an office of caring, professional people. Unfortunately, she isn't one of them. We first met on a telemedicine call during Covid; prior to that I saw her terrific PA/NP. The office was supposed to call in a prescription for me for a medicine that I need to take every day. When I needed the refill, the pharmacy had not been contacted. I tried calling Chanda's office for a week - no one answered my messages. Then their phone system stopped taking messages. I finally left a message with the on-call physician; she called me back, said she called the wrong person and that she would get in touch with Chanda,. and hung up. When Chanda called me and I told her about the difficulty I had reaching her, she did not explain or apologize; she just said, "How can I help you" and then "Do you want me to help you or not." Then she called in the wrong prescription. I filed a complaint against her in Richmond and would not recommend a doctor who is unreliable.

The visit is like "coming home." I just had an incredible visit with Dr. Chanda. She is extremely kind and empathetic, however, her knowledge base is what brings you back time and again. Both she and Dr. Gill are what you are looking for if you have been disheartened at all by physicians who peer in laptops and do not seem to be all that interested in you as a person. Their staff are also one of a kind, Juanita literally called to check in on me.

Excellent physician and wonderful personality. And on top of that her receptionist, Juanita, is a delight. Her nurse, Johnny I believe, does the smoothest blood draw. It's rare to find a complete office staff so competent.

Being a patient in a local hospital, I must say that say that things were going very very wrong until Dr. Chanda entered the picture. She took over in a very professional and caring manor and things started turning around. I credit her to this day for correcting my health care. Thank you Dr . Chanda My wife and I are now both patients at her practice (Loudoun Medical Care & Wellness in Lansdowne Va) She is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. The most caring Doctor that we have ever met.

Dr. Chanda is extremely thorough in her treatment. She also explains conditions and diagnoses in a way that make them easy for laypeople to understand. Dr. Chanda took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment and allowed me to ask questions. I feel like she really cared about making me feel better.

Chose dr Chanda from reviews I had read on line. I’m happy to say this was a good decision. My first visit was very comforting. You’re greeted by a very friendly staff and then proceed to a visit with dr Chanda. She is very knowledgeable as well as personable. All questions were answered. A plan to continue my care was implemented and I look forward to having dr Chanda care for me. You will not be sorry if you decide to see her.

Dr. Chanda has demonstrated decision skills, medical skills, and bedside skills. I began seeing her as I was completing radiation and chemo for cancer. She was thorough, knowledgable, and educational. Of the several doctors I was seeing, she was the one who spontaneously explained the anatomy and physiology of the various stages I was experiencing. She is the only I trusted to make decisions.

I have now seen Dr. Chanda two times, one of which was my annual physical. She is easy to talk to and she takes the time to discuss any concerns which you may have. She gives you the feeling of confidence and competency. Her nurse is very thorough and also takes the time to answer any questions which you may have. Dr. Chanda's nurse is sensational when taking blood. I didn't even realize she had punctured my arm until I looked down.

Dr Chanda's office did not return any of the three phone messages. Overall it is difficult to deal with her office.

My husband and I had our first appointment with Dr. Chanda on January 11, 2016. We are very pleased. Dr. Chanda was very thorough and spent a large amount of time with each of us. We highly recommend her. She is now our NEW PCP.
